Alejandra’s Approach to Doula Work

Alejandra believes the body is a perfectly designed masterpiece and childbirth is one of the times we get to witness its beauty. Becoming a Birth Doula has been a total change of consciousness for her. She has been called to serve and her mission is to support and empower women as they set forth on their journey to motherhood.

Alejandra knows that the journey can be difficult as everything including yourself is changing. Her goal is to support you physically, emotionally, spiritually and informationally throughout your pregnancy and birth. She will provide you the necessary tools and guidance to ensure you have the most enjoyable experience possible.

El cuerpo es una pieza maestra diseñada perfectamente y más aún aun cuando en ella se pueda gestar una una vida. Hola, mi nombre es Alejandra Penaloza. Soy Mexicana, madre de 4 hermosos hijos, viviendo en el Estado de Oregon por más de 15 años. Convertirme en Doula De parto ha sido un cambio total de conciencia. Sé que estoy cumpliendo con mi misión que es el de servir y es por eso que quiero formar parte de este camino de vida acompañado a otras madres gestantes a empoderarse de su maternidad. Sé que el camino puede ser un poco difícil ya que todo está cambiando a tu alrededor al igual que tu. Mi objetivo es brindarte ese apoyo físico, emocional, espiritual e informativo. Te daré las herramientas necesarias y el soporte que necesites para que puedas llevar a cabo ese embarazo parto y posparto que tanto quieres y anhelas y que sea la experiencia más amena posible.

Alejandra is a mother of 4 beautiful children who motivate her to be the best version of herself everyday. She is originally from Mexico and has lived in Oregon for more than 15 years. She is a fitness coach and is passionate about health and fitness. In her free time Alejandra enjoys lifting weights, reading with a cup of coffee, watching her kids play soccer and exploring new places with her husband of 19 years and their Australian Shepard Jake.

Soy Fitness coach así que soy apasionada por el deporte y la salud en general.Soy Madre de 4 hermosos hijos los que me motivan a ser cada dia mejor. En mi tiempo libre me puedes encontrar haciendo muchas cosas: Entrenando levantando pesas en un gym o pueda me encuentres a solas leyendo y tomando café O pueda este en un torneo de soccer viendo a mis hijos jugar, O haciendo memorias inolvidables conociendo nuevos lugares a lado de Mi esposo hijos y nuestra mascota Jake.
