In this 2 hour Zoom class expectant families get to explore the basics of newborn care. In our Newborn Care Essentials class we touch on key elements of life with a newborn including: diapering, swaddling, soothing, sleep, bathing, and basic baby wearing so you can also have hands free to take care of yourself!

Breastfeeding Basics and Beyond
In this 2.5 hour Zoom class expectant families get to explore infant feeding options, common challenges and when to ask for help. Class Covers Breastfeeding, Chest Feeding and Formula Preparation.

Infant CPR
In this 2 hour Zoom class expectant families get to explore Infant CPR. Class is designed for expectant and new parents. This class provides instruction on what to do if your infant or child is choking, rescue breathing, and basic CPR. You are welcome to have your baby with you during this class.

Baby Sleep Basics
In this 1.5 hour Zoom class, new and expecting parents will learn how sleep develops in children and what to expect during the first 6 months with their baby. Participants will receive practical information and helpful tips that will enable them to lay a healthy sleep foundation for their baby and encourage better sleep in these early months! Also included with the class fee is a 30 minutes phone call following the birth of your baby (value $35).
